White Milan Pasta – Pasta is prepared in light lunches, such as salads or large portion sizes for dinner. As a category in Italian cuisine, both fresh and dried pastas are classically used in dishes, here we introduce dried pastas. This recipe is an Italian style which is the combination of dried pasta, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, carrot, cream, herbs, and spices and has an Italian flavor.
Cooking time: 20 minutes serve: 2
- Dried pasta 100 gram boiled
- Onions 3 medium size chopped
- Tomatoes 1 chopped
- Carrot 1 chopped
- Capsicum 1 chopped
- Cream 2 tablespoon
- Oregano flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Black paper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry basil 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter quarter cube
- Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste ½ teaspoon
- Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
Step 1st Heat the 1 tablespoon oil in pan on medium flame and add onion and stir well until it turns very light brown, then put some water and leave it for 1 min and grind it to make puree.
Step 2nd Again heat some oil in pan and fry tomatoes, capsicum, carrot then add ginger garlic paste, puree and cook for 4 to 5 minutes and add all spices, salt and herbs.
Step 3rd Add boiled Pasta, butter and cream and leave for 1 min on low flame.
Step 4th Now sprinkle with Oregano and chili flakes, your White Milan Pasta is ready to serve.
