Mutter Sang Paneer– This recipe is 100% veg recipe and most of Indians like mutter panner which is inspired from north and found each and every restaurant in India. This paneer recipe is very delicious India style curry which is the combination of paneer so called cottage cheese, onions, tomatoes, peas and Indian spices. You can serve this recipe with butter nans or chapatis which ever you want.

 Ingredients required:

  • Paneer 200 grams cut in cubes              mutter-paneer-p2
  • Peas 200 grams boiled
  • Tomatoes 4 medium size chopped
  • Onions 2 medium size chopped
  • Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder 2½ teaspoons
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Gram masala (homemade) 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil 2-3 tablespoons


Step 1st Heat the oil in pan on medium flame and shallow fry the paneer cubes, remove it and keep aside.

Step 2nd Collect chopped onions, tomatoes and all spices and grind it to make puree.

Step 3rd Again heat 2 tablespoon oil in pan and add cumin seeds, puree, ginger paste and cook it for 10 to 12 min then add some water, salt and peas and leave it for 5 min.

Step 4th  Now add cream and leave for 1 min on low flame.

Step 5th Add paneer cubes cook for 1 min and your Mutter Sang Paneer is ready to serve.
