Shandar e paneer-This paneer recipe is very delicious India style curry which is the combination of paneer so called cottage cheese, onions, tomatoes, cream and Indian spices. You can prepare this recipe when some special guests are coming and you can serve this recipe with butter nans or chapatti which ever you want. This recipe is 100% veg recipe and most of the vegetarians like panner that’s why I share this recipe.
Cooking time : 30 minutes serve : 2
- Paneer 200 grams cut in cubes
- Tomatoes 4 medium size chopped
- Onions 2 medium size chopped
- Cream 3 tablespoon
- Coriander powder 2½ teaspoons
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Gram masala (homemade) 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Butter quarter cube
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil 2-3 tablespoons
Step 1st Heat the 1 tablespoon oil in pan on medium flame and add onion and stir well until it turns light brown, then put some water and leave it for 1 min and remove it and keep aside.
Step 2nd Again heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan and add tomatoes, cook 5 to 8 min then add some water and all spices and leave it for 5 min more and remove it and grind it with onions from step 1st to make puree.
Step 3rd Again heat some oil in pan and add cumin seeds, mix whole puree and cook for 2 to 3 minutes then add sugar and cream and leave for 1 min on low flame.
Step4th Add paneer cubes and butter cook for 1 min and your Shandar E Paneer is ready to serve.
