Italian paneer– Italian cuisine is characterized by its simplicity, with many dishes having only four to eight ingredients. This paneer recipe is very delicious Italian style curry which is the combination of paneer so called cottage cheese, onions, cream, herbs, and spices has an Italian flavor. You can prepare this recipe when some special guests are coming and you can serve this recipe as a starter. This recipe is 100% veg recipe and most of the vegetarians like paneer that’s why I share this recipe.
Cooking time: 20 minutes serve: 4
- Paneer 200 grams cut in cubes
- Onions 4 medium size chopped
- Cream 3 tablespoon
- Oregano flakes 1 teaspoon
- Black paper powder 1 teaspoon
- Dry basil 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Butter quarter cube
- Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil 2-3 tablespoons
Step 1st Heat the 1 tablespoon oil in pan on medium flame and add onion and stir well until it turns very light brown, then put some water and leave it for 1 min and grind it to make puree.
Step 2nd Again heat some oil in pan and add puree, ginger garlic paste and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and add all spices and herbs then add sugar and cream and leave for 1 min on low flame.
Step 3rd Add paneer cubes and butter, cook for 1 min.
Step 4thnow sprinkle with Oregano and your Italian Paneer is ready to serve.
