Paneer Peanut Cutlet – cutlet or patties is a famous snake in all over world but in India potatoes mix cutlets are famous and it is the combination of paneer so called cottage cheese, peanuts, potatoes and Indian spices. This recipe is very simple and easy to make. You can serve this recipe with ketchup or green chutney. This recipe is 100% veg recipe.

- Paneer 100 grams grated
- Roasted peanuts 50 grams
- Potatoes 4 medium size boiled
- Green chili 1 chopped
- Corn flour 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoons
- Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Gram masala (homemade) 1/5 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step 1st Take roasted peanuts and crush it with the help of grinder and make sure it not become powder.
Step 2nd Mash Potatoes and then add paneer, crushed peanuts, corn flour, green chili, salt and all spices.
Step 3rd Make balls in shape whichever you want.
Step 4th then you can bake it or deep fry or simply fry on tava which one is convenient for you.
Now our Paneer Peanuts cutlet is ready to serves with Ketchup or green chutny.
